We buy houses in the Dallas–Fort Worth area directly from the people who own them. If you've been thinking about selling, we'll take a look at your house and send you a written offer. If you accept it, we sign a standard Texas contract and close at a local title company, and you're paid there at closing.

We buy houses as they are. Old, new, rented out, sitting empty, behind on repairs. You don't need to fix anything before we look at it.
